Entrepreneur. Creator. Relentless Builder.

How It All Started

I’ve always been drawn to the intersection of creativity and challenge. After earning my BA in Communications and MBA in Marketing, I launched Ethos3—a presentation design and training company—because I saw an opportunity to help leaders communicate with more power and clarity. That was the spark. From there, I never stopped building—new companies, new products, and new ways to make an impact across completely different industries.

Relentlessly Entrepreneurial

I don’t just start companies—I build movements that challenge norms, inspire action, and leave a lasting mark.

Over the past 19 years, I’ve founded and grown multiple ventures: Ethos3, a presentation design firm serving Fortune 500 companies; Siren Pedals, a boutique guitar pedal company whose gear has been played everywhere from the Ryman to Bridgestone Arena; GritBase, a mental performance coaching company for hockey players; and Coelle, a guided intimacy app for couples.

I’ve authored two books (How to Be a Presentation God and What’s Your Presentation Persona?), delivered hundreds of keynotes and workshops, and earned an MA in Sport Psychology. My work blends creativity, strategy, and a deep respect for the discipline it takes to turn ideas into reality.

What Sets Me Apart

I believe an entrepreneur’s edge comes from the battles they’ve fought—on the stage, in the boardroom, and sometimes, in the arena. My career has been shaped by the grit of completing 2 Ironman triathlons and 10 marathons, the wisdom of being mentored by leadership expert Michael Hyatt, and the mental toughness training I received from Dr. Saul Miller, one of the world’s top sport psychologists. My ventures succeed because I combine creative vision with relentless follow-through—and because I’ve proven, time and again, that I’ll go the distance.
